• Learn about a tool called the Community Healthy Environment Checklists (CHEC). It was developed by researchers to assess community accessibility for use by individuals with mobility, hearing and vision impairments.
• Hear how the results from CHEC assessments can be used to create maps of the accessibility of local establishments (Dr’s offices, pharmacies, restaurants, stores, museums, etc.) 
• Find out how people with disabilities were involved in the research process. 
• Learn how you can use the maps at your own CIL.
