Are you a young person with a disability who is ready to grow as a leader, connect with peers from across the country, and strengthen your advocacy skills?

 

The Blooming Collaborative is an 8-week virtual leadership program for youth and young adults with disabilities, ages 15–30. Participants will learn from disability leaders, build lasting connections, develop leadership and communication skills, and explore ways to create change in their communities.

 

Those who successfully complete the program will be eligible to apply for a scholarship to attend the 2026 APRIL Conference in Niagara Falls, New York (October 23–25, 2026).
