Position Summary:
The Community Organizer is responsible for developing and guiding the CPWD’s public policy and advocacy agenda with the goal of reducing barriers to independence for people with disabilities. This will include assessing community needs; engaging in activities to increase the capacity of the community to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities; organizing federal, state and local, non-partisan civic engagement initiatives; and providing civic education to staff, consumers and the community on local, state and federal policy issues that impact people with disabilities.

We are looking for a Director of LTSS Implementation for Centene’s LTSS Product team.  The primary responsibility of this position is to provide interim leadership, as an LTSS subject matter expert, in health plans that are launching a new LTSS product.  This role will play the day-to-day leadership role for the product until a permanent leader is identified. Deep expertise in LTSS (either from provider or payer) is required.  This role requires substantial travel (up to 100%).
